| A total of 105 members turned out for the annual Rossendale District St. Georges Day Parade. Following the parade from Whitaker Park, Rawtenstall a service was held at St. Mary’s Church. | ||
| Seven Beavers were presented with their Chief Scout Bronze Award, seven Cubs their Silver Award and three Scouts their Gold Award. Congratulations to them all. The highlight for the Leaders was the Award of Merit for Scout Leader Andy Mitchell following on from Akela Diana White who received hers at the District Cub Carol Service at the end of last year. | ||
